Kitchen Tip: Bell Peppers
When cutting any type of bell pepper it is important to make all the pieces the same size for even cooking. To cut it the correct way slice off the top with the stem, as well as the bottom.
After doing this remove all the seeds and membranes from the inside walls. This can leave an undesirable taste once it is cooked. You only want the crisp walls of the pepper for the sweet crunchy flavor. You can then choose to slice, dice, or chop the pepper any way you would like!
