Cajun Chicken Pasta
I got this recipe from Skinny Taste, which is a site I use frequently for inspiration. I pre-grilled the chicken last night while grilling the pork tenderloin so it was all ready to slice up and place in the pasta. The pasta was so creamy and a little spicy at the same time. When making pasta I tend to lean towards the Italian side, this was refreshing with a different flavor.
The only changes I made was omitting the mushrooms
