Asian-Lime Salmon and Roasted Brussel Sprouts
I would highly recommend this recipe if your looking to get out of your average weeknight meal. It was so full of flavor and fun to eat.
I used a recipe form Sauce magazine.
I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great so I wouldn’t change a thing!
Roasted Brussel Sprouts
I have really been looking forward to putting these on my blog. They have become a staple in my house. I grew up hating brussel sprouts but once I discovered the right way to cook them I love them!
1-1/2 lbs of brussel sprout
3 cloves of garlic minced
2 T olive oil
1 small yellow onion sliced
salt and pepper
2-3 slices of salami cut into strips
Pre heat oven to 450 degrees. Roasting at a high heat is the key to the flavor for the sprouts. Rinse the sprouts and remove the stems or stumps and quarter the sprouts. Cut your onion and mince the garlic. Place all the veggies on a sprayed cookie sheet. Toss with the olive oil and seasoning.
Roast for 25 minutes. Remove the pan, add the salami and drizzle with your balsamic glaze, roast for an additional 10 minutes or until the sprouts appear crispy.
