Chicken Sausage and Broccoli Pasta (Gluten Free)
I have never tried gluten free pasta but tonight I decided it was time. I also used mostly Trader Joe’s ingredients so it is primarily organic.
I used the recipe below for inspiration however made a few changes.
- used Gluten free quinoa pasta
- omitted the anchovies
- used chicken sausage instead of pork
- added red pepper flakes to increase the heat
I fed this to my kids as well and they had no idea the pasta was different!
Meal as plated 600 calories
