Spaghetti Squash Chow Mein
This is a veggie packed recipe sure to satisfy your appetite. One cup of this meal is only 150 calories!
I used a recipe from the Little Bits Of website.
Please see below when making your spaghetti squash. This can also be done ahead of time to speed up the cooking on a weeknight.
I did all the prep work at once so that when it was time to cook the time was decreased to about 10 minutes.
