Sweet and Spicy Pineapple Salsa Chicken (Slow Cooker)
This dish was a home run!!!!! It would be great to make ahead of time before a party to serve to your guests with little to no effort during the party. Anyone can make this recipe, it’s super easy, you just put everything in a croc pot and turn it on. However if you want to kick it up a notch and make it really awesome try the tips below….
- Substitute 4 ears of fresh sweet yellow corn cut off the cob instead of canned corn
- Use Bare chicken breast because they are the best!
- Don’t skip this step: Serve the meal in tortillas and top with fresh avocado, cilantro, and jalapenos
The calorie content on this meal was very hard to calculate however if you don’t serve your tacos with a side you should be right around 500 calories.
