Quinoa Pad Thai
I found this recipe from Pintrest, and since I had never made Pad Thai I followed it exactly. It is important to use all the toppings in the recipe to get the full Thai flavor. It is also important not to omit the “fish sauce”. I understand this may turn some people off, however you use so little, and it adds a whole different wonderful flavor to the dish. Its hard to describe but the salty and pungent flavor it provides when mixed with the brown sugar is great. So don’t be afraid to try something different!
