Veggie Fritters with Avocado dipping sauce
These veggie fritters are sure to please a crowd. They are very flavorful and a healthy alternative to a starchy side dish. I used the recipe below to make these and followed it closely.
Look at all the veggies you get to put in these little fritters. You can use more or less as needed. I added cauliflower and fresh broccoli vs broccoli slaw.
The finished product only 80 calories per fritter!
