Pepperoncini Pork Tenderloin
Talk about an easy awesome tasting meal, Pepperoncini Pork Tenderloin is a great main dish. It has an addictive salty flavor that is irresistible. I have served it on tortillas, buns, or on top of tortilla chips as nachos. With cooking it in the crockpot the making of the pork is super easy.
1 pork tenderloin
1 jar of sliced or whole pepperoncini’s
1 onion sliced (optional)
Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on medium heat for 4 hours. Take the pork out and shred. Serve on tortillas, buns, or on top of nachos.
This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled for a large group!
