Parmesan Potatoes

This side dish was a staple growing up in my household. It coined the phrase “born to eat potatoes” for myself. Parmesan potatoes go great with almost any meat. We usually serve them with turkey burgers, or some type of grilled chicken. I hope you enjoy them as much as my family does!

Ingredients:

5 medium Russet baking potatoes

1/3 C flour

3/4 C Parmesan

1/2 stick butter

1 T paprika

1 T Italian Sprinkle

Instructions:

Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees. Meanwhile peel and slice the potatoes into wedges. Attempt to make all the wedges the same size for even cooking.

Using a Ziploc bag mix the flour, parmesan, and spices. Add the potatoes about 6-8 slices at a time and shake well…coating all sides of them.

Spray two large baking sheets with non-stick spray. Lay the potatoes out in a single layer. Cube up 1/2 stick of butter and evenly disburse the cubes throughout both trays.

Bake them at 450 degrees for 20 minutes, turn and bake an additional 20 minutes. You want them to be crispy on both side to give that awesome buttery crunch.
